Charles “Chuck” Breese

On behalf of the citizens of Waterman, the Board of Trustees, and myself, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chief Charles “Chuck” Breese for his 37 years of  honorable and faithful service to the Village of Waterman.

The children will especially miss having him stop to talk and play with them.

We wish Chief Breese happiness, success and health as he begins this new phase of life. Thank you, Chief!!
